Our primary services are residential roof repair and replacement and gutter replacement. We also handle storm-related exterior work such as fascia metal and window replacement, plus affected interior work including drywall or sheetrock repair, painting and mold remediation.
Are inspections and estimates free?
Yes. Staley offers free property inspections and free estimates so you can understand the condition and recommended scope before moving forward.
Can Staley help with an insurance claim?
Yes. We can document the damage, prepare the repair scope, answer construction questions and meet with your adjuster when appropriate. Staley does not determine coverage or claim payment; those decisions remain with your insurance carrier.
What if storm damage goes beyond the roof?
We can coordinate related repairs to gutters, fascia metal, windows and other exterior components. If water or storm damage reaches the interior, we can also assess drywall, painting and remediation needs.
Do you offer emergency tarping?
Yes. Contact Staley as soon as practical so we can evaluate the situation and determine the safest next step for temporary protection and permanent repairs.
What shingles do you install?
Staley uses IKO Dynasty performance laminated shingles for residential roof replacements. We can review available colors and discuss the right roofing system for your home.
